Returns/Refunds
Please understand that due to the nature of the products that are sold all sales on MAKE UP are final. However, if you purchased brushes or make up cases I will accept returns for which you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
It is always in the forefront of our minds to save on shipping costs whenever possible. Therefore the cheapest shipping cost will also be posted on the listings. However if you order more than 1 item combined shipping will take place. For each additonal item that is ordered $1.00 will be added for extra weight.
We want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion. Therefore your order will be filled within 24 hours of receiving it and shipped the same day (Monday-Friday). If you completed your order over the course of a weekend it will be filled and shipped the next business day. Please take into account that Belle Cosmetics is located in the Eastern Time Zone. For example, if we receive your order at 5pm EST and you live in the PST your order will be placed the next business day.
The following are only guidelines from Canada Post and are not guaranteed:
Expedited Parcel Regionally is up to 3 business days and up to 7 days nationally (within Canada).
Orders being shipped to the United States will also be shipped via Canada Post. Most parcels will be shipped within 5-10 BUSINESS days depending on its destination, however, it can take 2-4 weeks depending on US Customs volumes (especially around the Holiday Season please allow for this). For Canada and the United States parcels are INSURED and TRACEABLE for up to $100.00 with a tracking number, which you will receive. If there are any duty or custom fees they are your responsibility. If you are located outside of Canada and the United States please contact me for a shipping quote as the quantity, weight, size and destination country does vary your shipping costs.
WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST/MISDIRECTED PARCELS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER AS THIS IS WHAT IS USED WHEN PRINTING YOUR SHIPPING LABEL.
Payment:
Paypal is the preferred method of payment as it is the safest and most convenient for the you the customer. It is secure and is the quickest way to pay for your purchase(s)
Your payment is due within 3 days of receiving your invoice. Once payment is received your order will be shipped in a timely fashion. We also accept money orders and certified checks. E-mail money transfers are also an option for those who reside in Canada and the United States.

As a customer it is your right to leave feedback. If you are inclined to leave neutral or negative feedback I would request that you would contact me first before doing so. I would like the opportunity to try and fix the situation first. I am sure that I would be able to rectify any problem/issue that may arise.
